1. Rinse lentils well.
  2. Add lentils to Abbio sauce pan with two parts water or stock (if using 1 cup of lentils, add two cups of liquid).
  3. Place over medium high heat, and bring to a boil.
  4. After lentils are boiling, reduce to a simmer, and cover.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes or until lentils are cooked through, but still have bite. Avoid cooking the lentils to the point of mush! 
  6. Drain excess liquid and enjoy!
