- Rinse lentils well.
- Add lentils to Abbio sauce pan with two parts water or stock (if using 1 cup of lentils, add two cups of liquid).
- Place over medium high heat, and bring to a boil.
- After lentils are boiling, reduce to a simmer, and cover.
- Cook for 20 minutes or until lentils are cooked through, but still have bite. Avoid cooking the lentils to the point of mush!
- Drain excess liquid and enjoy!
