Add olive oil to Large Nonstick Skillet over medium heat.
In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and gently mix together.
Roll mixture into golf ball sized balls.
Carefully place meatballs in pan.
Cook until the meatballs are well browned on all sides.
Move the meatballs, fat, and oil, into a separate pot with your favorite red sauce, and simmer for about 45 minutes or until cooked through and tender.
