2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
6 Tablespoons olive oil

Mason jar or some other small container with a seal
Put the oil, vinegar and small dash of salt and pepper into your jar and seal it. Shake vigorously. Dribble the dressing over the top of your greens and mix the greens to coat them with dressing.
This vinaigrette is your base for a variety of flavors. Do you like citrus? Try adding a 2 teaspoons of lemon juice before shaking. Do you prefer a sweeter dressing? Add 2 teaspoons of agave or honey.
