Vegetable Omlette


  • Small Nonstick Skillet
  • Rubber spatula
  • Mixing bowl
  • Fork
  • Chef’s knife
  • Cutting board
  • Measuring cups
  • Whisk





          1. Heat the Small Nonstick Skillet on medium with enough butter or oil to lightly coat the bottom.
          2. Add the onions and peppers. Mix occasionally until the onions are translucent.
          3. Add the whisked eggs to the skillet.
          4. Use your spatula to move the egg mixture around the sillet for the first ~15 seconds.
          5. Let the egg mixture start to solidify and develop a crust on the bottom.
          6. When there is only a thin layer of uncooked egg on the top of the omelette, add the cheese.
          7. Use the rubber spatula to fold half of the omelette over itself.
          8. Cook for another minute or until the cheese has melted.
          9. Enjoy!
