CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER? 

If you need to modify your order, please email support@abbiokitchen.com, and we will do our best to make the requested changes. Once your order begins processing in our warehouse, it cannot be modified.

HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TO MY PURCHASE?

HOW CAN I CHECK THE BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD?

Please email support@abbiokitchen.com for Gift Card details. 

An item I purchased is now on sale. Can you adjust the price?

We will match any abbiokitchen.com sale price within 30 days of your purchase if your item is still in stock at the time of your request. Please email support@abbiokitchen.com with order number and details of the offer you would like to match.

SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders ship within 3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please email support@abbiokitchen.com. 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

All orders shipped to California and Washington are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

Orders are shipped from our offices in Seattle, WA and Santa Clarita, CA.

DOES ABBIO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally. The customer is responsible for all taxes and import duties upon receipt of the order (DDU).

MY TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT MY ORDER WAS ALREADY DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

To return an Abbio product, please email support@abbiokitchen.com. We accept returns on all products for 30 days from the date of purchase. All costs associated with domestic return shipping will be covered by Abbio. After 30 days, our lifetime warranty guarantees all products from manufacturer defects for the life of the product. 

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY ABBIO COOKWARE?

A care guide for all of our cookware products can be found here. Please be sure to follow these directions carefully. We want your cookware to last a lifetime. 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
