Shrimp Stock


  1. Place all the ingredients, into an Abbio Stockpot, and pour in about 3 quarts of water. The pot should be about 3/4 full. 
  2. Bring to boil before turning the heat down to a simmer.
  3. Cook for about 45 minutes.
  4. Strain and discard the solids, and use your shrimp stock for risotto, stews, and more.
