Fried Rice

TOOLS YOU NEED

  • Abbio Large Nonstick Skillet 
  • Cutting board
  • Chefs knife 

    PREP

    • Mince garlic and ginger
    • Prepare and aside all ingredients - once you get cooking things happen quickly

    RECIPE DIRECTIONS

    1. Cut your bacon into small chunks and place in a Large Abbio Nonstick Skillet over medium heat 
    2. Let the bacon render (cook down) for about 5 minutes, making sure not to let it burn 
    3. After the bacon is cooked, turn the heat to high, begin adding your veggies, starting with items that will take longest to cook (peppers, asparagus, green beans, etc.) 
    4. Once your veggies are cooked, push all ingredients to one side of the pan, and crack an egg into the pan. Scramble the egg in pan until cooked, and mix into the ingredients.
    5. Now add your garlic and ginger and mix .
    6. Add your rice into the skillet, followed by a large splash of soy sauce, and/or oyster sauce if you have it. 
    7. Continue to toss the rice in the pan until all ingredients are mixed well and the rice begins get slightly crispy. 
    8. Remove the pan from heat, and top with your favorite chili oil, more scallion, or more soy sauce and enjoy!
