Honey Mustard Salmon


  • Abbio Large Nonstick Skillet
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spatula 
  • Cutting board
  • Chef's knife 
  • Mixing bowls


    • Make sauce by mixing together the dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, soy sauce and onion powder and set aside. 


    1. Heat olive oil over medium heat.
    2. Season the salmon generously with salt and pepper.
    3. Place salmon in pan and cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side.
    4. Brush the tops of the salmon with the honey mustard mixture and place sauce side down in the pan and cook for 1 minute more.
    5. Flip salmon back over, and drizzle remaining sauce in to the pan. 
    6. Cook until salmon is fully cooked, about 8 minutes total.
    7. Add more salt and pepper to taste, and serve with your side of choice.
