Shaq's Spiced and Herbed Chickpeas

TOOLS YOU NEED

  • Large Abbio Nonstick Pan
  • Silicon stirring spoon / spatula 
  • Cutting board
  • Chefs Knife

    PREP

    • Mince the garlic
    • Preheat 2 tbsp olive oil in Abbio Large Nonstick Skillet on medium-high heat 

    RECIPE DIRECTIONS

    1. Drain and rinse chickpeas, then heat them in the pan
    2. Salt them to taste
    3. Add garlic and spices, and stir or toss to combine
    4. Cook until crispy, and turn the heat off
    5. Stir in a handful of fresh herbs and toss everything together in the pan
    6. Serve over yogurt, inside a pita, as an ingredient in a salad, or as a side dish
    7. Enjoy!
