Pan Roasted Turkey Breast


  • Abbio Sauté Pan
  • Silicon spatula
  • Sharp knife

    • Let the turkey breasts stand at room temperature for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    • Preheat an oven to 350°F


    1. Season the turkey breast halves with salt, pepper, parsley and thyme.
    2. In an Abbio Sauté Pan over medium heat, warm the oil and melt the butter. Sear the turkey roast until browned, about 3 minutes per side.
    3. Transfer the pan to the pre-heated oven and roast, turning the turkey every 30 minutes.
    4. Cook for about 90 minutes, or until the thickest part of the breast reads 165°F.
    5. Transfer the turkey roast to a cutting, cover with aluminum foil and let it rest for about 10 minutes before carving.
    6. Carve the turkey roast, and enjoy with your favorite fixins.
