Buttermilk Pancakes


  • Abbio Large Skillet
  • Spatula
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • Whisk or large fork for mixing
  • Measuring cup


    • Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and set aside




          1. In a large mixing bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, powder, buttermilk, eggs, and butter.
          2. Mix ingredients until combined, but no need to mix out all clumps.
          3. Warm your Abbio skillet on medium heat, and after the pan has warmed up add ~1 tablespoon of oil to the surface of pan.
          4. Move the pan to spread the oil, and once the oil is warn (about 30 seconds) place 1/2 cup of batter into the skillet.
          5. Once the pancake begins to bubble, flip, and cook until both sides are brown and cooked.
          6. Repeat until all you have used all of the batter. This recipe will make ~8 pancakes.
