Thai Basil Beef


  • Abbio Large Nonstick Skillet
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Plate
  • Small mixing bowl 


    • Dice shallot, and onion and set aside 
    • Mince garlic and set aside 
    • Slice bell pepper and set aside


    1. Place Abbio Large Skillet over medium high heat and add two tbsp of oil
    2. Once oil is hot, add diced shallots, garlic, ginger to the pan.
    3. Add bell peppers and fry for 3 minutes.
    4. Place all the veggies on a plate, and add the ground beef to the pan.
    5. Brown the ground beef, and while its cooking make your sauce.
    6. In a small bowl stir together 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch 1/4 cup beef broth and 1/4 cup water. 
    7. Mix the sauce until well combined, and taste. Taste and adjust to your liking. 
    8. Add sauce and vegetables back to the pan and cook until ingredients are well combined and the sauce is thickened. 
    9. Top with basil and serve with rice, or over greens.
