Thanksgiving Leftovers Quesadilla


  • Abbio Large Nonstick Skillet
  • Silicon spatula
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board  


    • Shred your cheese (if not shredded) and set aside 
    • Dice onion and pepper and set aside 


    1. Heat Nonstick Skillet over medium heat.
    2. Place 1 tortilla in the skillet and top with 1/2 of the cheese, turkey, cranberry sauce, pepper and onion. 
    3. Cover with the remaining cheese, and place second tortilla on top. 
    4. Cook until the cheese has melted, about 4 minutes, and flip.
    5. Cook until the second side is golden brown and the filling is warm, about three more minutes. 
    6. Remove from the skillet, let the quesadilla cool. Slice into quarters and enjoy with more cranberry sauce.
