Fire Roasting Red Peppers

DIRECTIONS

    1. Turn on your ovens broiler to high.
    2. Place top rack of oven directly under broiler. 
    3. Coat your peppers with oil, salt and pepper. 
    4. Place on an Abbio Sauté Pan and place in oven. 
    5. Let the peppers roast, turning once or twice as the skins start to darken.  
    6. Use your fire roasted peppers in your favorite dish or try a Fire Roasted Pepper Shakshuka.
