- Turn on your ovens broiler to high.
- Place top rack of oven directly under broiler.
- Coat your peppers with oil, salt and pepper.
- Place on an Abbio Sauté Pan and place in oven.
- Let the peppers roast, turning once or twice as the skins start to darken.
- Use your fire roasted peppers in your favorite dish or try a Fire Roasted Pepper Shakshuka.
